England came back from 2 goals down to beat Germany

The English team made a remarkable come back after losing 2-0 in the first half to the supercharged German team but Eric Dier’s stoppage-time header capped a fine turnaround for Roy Hodgson’s men following superb strikes from both Kane and Jamie Vardy in the final half, to make the final score 3-2 in favour of the 3 lions.

Toni Kroos and Mario Gomez struck either side of half-time for the Germans to open a two-goal lead that did not reflect the balance of play.
