A former Rivers State governor, Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi and founder of Latter Rain Church, Pastor Tunde Bakare, a former member of the House of Representatives, Farouk Adamu and 15 others have been delegated to accompany President Muhammadu Buhari on his three-day visit to Washington DC, United State on July 20.
Others include, five state governors, Abiola Ajimobi (Oyo State), Rochas Okorocha (Imo State), Adams Oshiomhole (Edo State) and two others which are not part of the 18-man delegation made up of top politicians according to report.
The three-day visit is expected to discuss ways of partnering with the United States to defeat Boko Haram and explore ways of combating corruption in Nigeria.
