Liverpool and Chelsea in a bid to land Manutd out of favour striker

Liverpool and Chelsea are in the race to land Radamel Falcao. He is attracting interest from both the clubs.

The forward is currently on loan at Manchester United and it seems even if the unlikely event of him being offered a permanent deal by Louis van Gaal and the club took place, he would reject it in favour of United's Premier League rivals.
Both Liverpool and Chelsea could do with another forward although as one of our punters notes, we cannot see either side spending so much money for a player who would mainly be sat on the bench - not to mention the fact that Falcao wants to be the main man and that would not happen at either Jose Mourinho's side or the Reds.
