So many rules on the planet, UK not excluded, A woman has been jailed for two weeks for having sex so loudly that it upset her neighbours. I don't think this can happen here ooo... jailed unto say sex?????
Gemma Wale, from Small Heath, Birmingham, was said to have 'screamed and shouted at a level of noise' which offended another resident during a ten-minute sex session in January this year.
She had been put under an anti-social behaviour order just weeks earlier, but soon breached the terms due to her 'loud sex noises'.
Miss Wale's age was not given in the ruling but it was revealed that she had a boyfriend called Wayne.
The case had been sent to Birmingham County Court after the city council took legal action following the neighbour's complaint.
In a written ruling, Judge Emma Kelly said Miss Wale had breached the order by having sex so loudly.
