Key Witness Refuses To Talk On Stand In Murder Case Against Suge Knight

A key witness in the hit-and-run murder case against Marion 'Suge' Knight isn't talking.
Cle "Boan" Sloan told a Los Angeles judge on Monday he wasn't going to "snitch" against the rap mogul.

Sloan, who is one of two men Knight is accused of deliberately running over in his pickup truck, even refused to positively identify Knight as the man behind the wheel in court.
“I'm no snitch and I will not be made to be a snitch. I will not be used to send 'Suge' Knight to prison," Sloan said, adding he was only there because he was subpoenaed.
Sloan blamed memory problems resulting from the accident but no one was buying it.
"Every day, I try to forget it," he said. "I just know, I screwed up, and Terry's dead."
According to audio of an earlier interview with police, Sloan told detectives he would testify, but -- possibly fearing retaliation -- didn't want to "be the guy who says he killed Terry."
Knight traded punches with Sloan through the window of his vehicle before running the two men over twice.
Knight, 49, is charged with murder, attempted murder and two counts of felony hit-and-run.
He faces up to life in prison if convicted of killing Carter and is being held on $25 million bail.
