Jonathan, Buhari clash over May 29 handover

The Punch reports that Buhari and his party, the All Progressives Congress (APC) are uncomfortable with the date proposed by the out-going administration, which is May 28.
They accused President Jonathan of trying to conveniently excuse himself from the May 29 ceremony where he is to play an active role.
