The armed group ISIL has claimed responsibility for last weekend's attack on a security facility in Libya's eastern Misrata city.
A child was injured when a bomb went off at a security headquarters on Sunday.
A pro-ISIL website published a photo of the blast site, which it said had been caused by a car bomb.
Libya has remained in a state of turmoil since a bloody uprising ended the decades-long rule of strongman Muammar Gaddafi in late 2011.
