INEC set up committee to review Rivers election

Due to the allegation made by APC Nigeria the Independent National Electoral Commission has set up a committee comprising, Mrs. Thelma Iremiren, Col. MK Hammanga and Prof. Lai Olurode to check the authenticity of APC claims and allegations, their report will be submitted before the final collation of the general results. 1) Further to the allegation made by @APCNigeria on the conduct of the Pres/NASS elections in Rivers & it's call for cancellation

2) INEC has set up a fact finding mission to ascertain the veracity of the claims and allegations and to advice the Commission

3) The Ctte comprises of:
-Mrs. Thelma Iremiren
-Col. MK Hammanga
-Prof. Lai Olurode

4) They have departed for Rivers and it is expected they will submit their report before the end of collation of general results

5) Following the consideration of the report, the Commission will make its decision known
