Bobbi Kristina suffered seizures on Wednesday as doctors attempted to begin the process of taking Whitney Houston's daughter out of a medically induced coma.
The 21-year-old began having seizures as doctors tried taking her off the medications she has been on.
"She was taken off the drugs, but she began having violent seizures," a family source tells People. "She is being put back into a coma."
"This is a horrible setback. Everyone was hopeful that this was the sign that she'd turned the corner. We were so optimistic."
"Bobby Brown is taking this so hard; he was sure this was going to be a good day. But please, everyone needs to pray. I don't care what religion you are, or if you have no religion at all. Send your thoughts, your prayers, your well-wishes."
She has been on the drugs in a medically induced coma since being found unresponsive in her bathtub almost a month ago.
Meanwhile, boyfriend Nick Gordon has eased up on a restraining order he filed earlier this week that aimed to stop police from viewing security footage captured on a security camera.
